We are seeking a dynamic, resourceful person with experience of restorative practice to build on our reputation for excellence in this field. Combining case management and coordination of our team of brilliant volunteer practitioners with development and promotion of the service, this is the job for someone who enjoys variety and challenge.
We’ve been providing a restorative service to victims and offenders since 2005 with the support of the Big Lottery, and achieved the Restorative Service Quality Mark in 2016. As well as maintaining existing referral channels and service targets, the successful applicant will seek new sources of referrals both within the criminal justice system and other sectors too.
The contract is 22 hours, with the potential to grow. Salary will be in the range £16,054-£17,838 (FTE £27-30k), depending on experience.
