RESTORATIVE SERVICE CASEWORKER

36 hours per week. £26,000-£28,000 according to experience.

The post holder will run an efficient case management process, handling RJ referrals and case information, liaising with referrers and service users, and ensuring that we continue to comply with relevant quality standards e.g. data protection. You will assist our brilliant team of volunteer facilitators, with supervision and development responsibilities. Alongside this you will be involved in the development and promotion of the service, seeking new sources of referrals and funding as well as maintaining existing channels and meeting referral targets. The role will also involve supporting the Service Manager and the Development Officer with marketing, and the delivery of Calm Mediation’s training courses and workshops. MEDIATION CASEWORKER

Calm Mediation is seeking a dynamic, resourceful Mediation service Caseworker to continue to build on this reputation for excellence, working with a variety of organisations in the community, statutory and public sector.

The Mediation Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of mediation referrals, case information, oversee a team of volunteer mediators for allocation of casework and have supervision and development responsibilities for up to 20 volunteers. You will be involved in the promotion of the service, maintaining referral channels, meeting referral targets, complying with relevant standards and running an efficient case management process.
